Resourcing and Recruitment Manager required by our client to lead an established team, streamline the service and deliver a customer-focussed resourcing service to managers and the organisation as a whole. Key to the position will be managing the recruitment team of advisors and officers (4 in total), managing their performance and ensuring policy and procedure and implemented and followed and balancing workloads. The Resourcing Manager has responsibility for implementing a total e-recruitment solution and effectively managing the budget and ensuring that a current resourcing strategy enables successful recruitment. Candidates will have a track record of delivering a recruitment/resourcing service to managers at all levels, be CIPD qualified or equivalent experience, experience of staff management and managing a budget. 6 month contract, please apply immediately for this exciting opportunity.
