My client is currently looking for an experienced Interim International Resourcing manager for an initial period of 12 months. This is a new role within the business and will support the organisation to meet current and future recruitment needs.
Working with the Managing Directors and senior leadership team across EMEA and Australia, you will take responsibility for managing all internal and external recruitment activities across this region. You will build relationships with recruitment businesses to understand local markets, start to build talent pools both internally and externally and manage day to day recruitment. You will effectively manage stakeholder relationships and partner HR specialists internally to ensure that the resourcing activity is integrated with the talent management strategy and ensure a candidate –centric approach from the beginning to the end of the process. You will provide advice and expertise to the business partners regarding assessment and selection methods including design and delivery of assessment centres and work across the business to include consistent approach for end to end recruitment processes.
Of graduate calibre with previous international recruitment experience, you will have the ability to recruit a diverse client group from specialist skill set to senior management reporting directly to the board. You will have an in-depth understanding of the recruitment process, competency based interviewing and local market conditions. You will have a good understanding of the business, ability to prioritise and work as part of a team to achieve business goals. This position will be to start immediately. This role will include a high element of international travel predominantly to the UAE.
