Basic £15K-18K with uncapped OTE £30-40K year 1, £50K+ year 2

The Role
· Building relationships with clients and candidates
· Attract candidates through advertising and headhunting
· Qualify them in detail over the phone
· Representing you candidate with professionalism and urgency
· Selling your candidate and their skill set to the right clients
· Managing the whole interview process for your candidate and client
· Calling previous clients and cold calling new clients in order to build your portfolio of roles to fill
· Creating repeat business by gaining trust and understand the needs of the client and candidate

The Candidate
We are looking to recruit ambitious, money hungry, confident and intelligent graduates and sales executives. We are looking for those with a degree or strong A Levels or a degree who have a successful background in Business to Business sales, telesales, media sales, B2B sales, door to door sales, corporate hospitality sales experience.
