Recruitment Manager (from £42,671 to £53,432)
East London NHS Foundation Trust is a NHS mental health trust which provides services to the City of London, the London Boroughs of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham.
The Trust's Headquarters are located in Tower Hamlets, close to the City. We operate from 47 community sites, four main inpatient sites and have 663 inpatient beds. The Trust is linked with the University of London, City University and South Bank University.
This a challenging, autonomous role that will work Trust wide, providing a comprehensive recruitment service to line managers and HR colleagues alike.
Leading an established team of Recruitment Officers, you will be the focal point of contact for all recruitment activity in the Trust and will be responsible for establishing robust recruitment strategies and policies in addition to managing the end to end recruitment process
As an experienced in-house recruitment specialist you will also have experience of leading a busy recruitment function and developing tailored made recruitment strategies that fit business needs. In addition you will have a sound understanding of the challenges facing public sector organisations in terms of recruiting employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to move into an autonomous role where they can really develop their people management skills and deliver credible 'best fit' recruitment solutions.
