Recruitment Officer
Our client, a Global Financial Services company based in the City, are looking to recruit an in-house Recruitment Consultant.
The purpose of the Recruitment Officer role is to co-ordinate and manage the recruitment throughout the firm and to be responsible for maintaining the recruitment processes. The Recruitment Officer will ensure the recruitment practices are in line with company policy and best practice is adhered to, produce and verify job descriptions, liase with hiring manager as well as conduct interviews, provide guidance to managers on interview process, technique and legal framework of interviews.
The successful candidate for the Recruitment Officer role will have previous experience in recruitment (essential) ideally within a financial services environment, proven ability to conduct interviews and have commercial awareness.
The Recruitment Officer will be educated to degree level or equivalent.
