Role: Regional Recruitment & Assessment Manager Location: South of England Regions Salary: £45000-£55000 plus excellent benefits Ref: Number: c-sc-76570 Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to work for one of the leading financial services houses. Reporting to the National Manager the successful candidates will be responsible for between 2-5 direct reports (dependent on region), will be responsible for the delivery of assessment and selection activities within a given region / business unit across all grades and hiring profiles Enhance the competence of Managers in recruitment and selection processes and techniques Work in close collaboration with the Recruitment Process Outsourcer provider to ensure effective inclusion of assessment and selection activities into the overall recruitment process Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be involved and accountable for Staff management Resource management and forecasting Assessment validation Consistency Manager Training, coaching and educating Background: The ideal candidates will be BPS Level A & B Qualified (This is not essential) Have a good understanding of different recruitment methods and techniques Experience in managing assessments Experienced in delivering training programmes As well as:- Excellent experience in Recruitment and/or Business HR role/HR specialist role with experience of working across diverse and complex business units, ideally within talent development or resourcing Excellent people management skills ideally gained in managing a geographically dispersed team Good understanding of employment law, especially as it relates to Diversity & Equal Opportunities and Data Protection Good understanding of assessment tools and techniques (online / offline) and how they are typically used Understanding and experience of delivering of different recruitment methods and techniques and competency models. Project Management principles & disciplines.
