INTERIM RECRUITMENT SERVICES MANAGER, WEST MIDLANDS, Up to £180 a Day
Our client a public service organisation based in the West Midlands is currently recruiting for an interim to assist for a minimum of 3 months during a period of change.
As interim Recruitment Services Manager you will oversee the day to day operation of three recruitment teams, assisted by the team leaders. You will have daily contact with the senior management, head of departments and stakeholders, setting their recruitment expectations. You will he assisting the head of hr with management reporting, planning around recruitment issues such as non-delivery and working on a recruitment strategy project.
As a suitable candidate you will have experience of dealing heads of departments and stakeholders standing up to their demands and advising on delivery, establishing a credible relationship and maintaining a client focused relationship. A public sector background featuring either NHS or education is desirable, as well as evidence of Continuing Professional Development and experience of middle management is essential
