The Background
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one the of UK’s largest and most popular retailers. Due to continued growth and success our client is recruiting a Resourcing Manager to join their Head Office team, providing a professional resourcing service to the senior management population.
The Role
You will be responsible for implementing a resourcing strategy to meet the operational and strategic needs of your client areas. Key accountabilities include:
Working with HR Managers and their clients to identify internal and external recruitment needs, providing a consultancy service to the managers and advising on the most effective and efficient solutions and tools to meet a diverse range of requirements.
Leading and managing the delivery of an end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the business area has the right candidates, in the right place at the right time.
Motivating and developing your team, supporting their development and ensuring they understand the needs of the business and can contribute effectively.
Establishing and maintaining an expert level of resourcing knowledge and a network of contacts to provide client areas with the relevant market data.
The Person
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with proven HR/Recruitment management experience and possess significant resourcing knowledge. This will encompass the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection and internal resourcing together with experience of executing both high volume and specialist recruitment solutions. Ideally SHL trained, you will offer specialist knowledge in the design and delivery of competency based assessment centres and techniques. You will also be able to demonstrate a true business partner approach to resourcing and have excellent people management, communication and influencing skills.
