Poolia UK Ltd, have an excellent opportunity for a recruitment consultant looking to move into an in house position recruiting temporary staff within a care environment.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of recruiting for care homes / social workers and such like.
The position is based in Chelmsford, Essex.
The main duties will include:
•Managing a personal caseload of assignments for Temporary, Interim and Contract Candidates from end to end.
•To manage the extension process for all Temporary, Interim and Contract candidates.
•To work to agreed SLA's, timescales and deadlines at all times.
•To undertake all necessary checks for Temporary, Interim and Contract Candidates prior to any Assignment.
•Sourcing and Screening Temporary, Interim and Contract Candidates to build a Talent Pool.
•Where necessary to meet and interview Temporary, Interim and Contract Candidates.
•To achieve targets and goals set by the Temporary Recruitment Manager.
•Sound commercial awareness.
•To work the hours as directed by the Temporary Recruitment Manager.
Relationship Management
To build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and other Key Stakeholders
•To build and maintain relationships with Temporary, Interim and Contract candidates.
•To build and maintain relationships with Primary and Secondary Supply Chain.
Key Skills Required
Essential Skills
•Temporary Recruitment experience in various sectors.
•In House / Agency recruitment experience
•Volume recruitment experience
•Sales and Negotiation skills.
•Relationship building experience at senior level.
•A good knowledge of in-house recruitment systems.
•A good understanding of a temporary recruitment environment.
Desirable Skills
•A good understanding of the Essex Council
A good knowledge of the public sector.
•Desk and business planning knowledge.
•Able to Get involved now or in the future for staff training, development and performance issues.
•Understanding of financials and able to identify ‘pipe-line' predictions and ensuring that invoices are raised in a timely manner
•Participating and focusing on wider business perspectives.
•Directing quality control activities.
