Experienced in-house Recruitment Officer required for public sector organisation based in Manchester.
The organisation has gone through a large period of change, and as a result is in the middle of a large recruitment drive. They currently have an urgent need for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their busy Recruitment team handling a large number of specialist and diverse roles.
Working with the Recruitment Managers to co-ordinate the full recruitment process, main responsibilities will be scheduling recruitment campaigns; placing adverts; short-listing and conducting interviews; preparation of any practical interview exercises and delivering advice and support to line managers
You MUST have experience of working in a recruitment function within the public sector with an excellent understanding of employment law and HR practices. Holding a CIPD qualification or a relevant qualification and you will also have a good team working ethic.
