My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Resourcing Manager for a period of initially 4 months .

The remit of this position will be to focus on the current process and strategy surrounding Recruitment, selection, succession and retention. Reporting in at Director level you will evaluate current resourcing processes and procedures from interest to hire. You will evaluate recruitment needs and identify effective methods of recruitment, look at assessment tools currently being used and identify further tools that can add value to the business. You will look at the process external applicants experience, identify further testing materials and provide tool kits for managers for the recruitment processes.

You will manage a team of recruiters and be responsible for the recruitment of junior to senior level posts across multi disciplines ensure best practice is followed at all stages. You will also support some of the interview panel as and when required.

This role is to be based in Manchester but some travel to London will be required.

This position will be to start immediately.
