My client is a leading UK service provider who, due to increased work load, currently require a Recruitment Advisor for a period of 3 months. Duties will include handling high volume recruitment from start to finish, arranging and coordinating assessment centres, psychometric testing and completing all of the associated administration. You will also reference check all candidates and updating the in-house system so a keen eye for detail is a must. The successful candidate will have experience of working in In-house Recruitment and ideally be SHL qualified; you will be able to work unaided and have a robust outlook. This position is to start immediately and is for a period of 3 months.
