My client has seen significant growth and as a result they are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Advisor to aid with the implementation of a new system. As part of this implementation they require an experienced Recruiter to educate and increase the line managers approach to recruitment, and in using the new system.
They are ideally looking for someone to take a partnership approach and look at what line managers want and need from the system and how they currently go about recruitment.
The role is to help with this implementation and they require a recruiter to understand good practice and look at what goes on in terms of processes etc. They want to ensure robust methodologies are in place.
The role will require travel to various sites throughout the UK and you will be expected to be off site at least 2 days per week. You will work closely with Line managers and be involved in interviewing within this services sector.
Ongoing you will be involved in helping line managers understand what is good recruitment. Longer term you will have the opportunity to get involved in various projects and will help the business with ongoing changes/acquisitions and the recruitment of these individuals into the business.
Ideal candidates need to be tenacious and tactful. Candidates MUST be experienced Recruiters with previous on site exposure and have an understanding of what best practice is.
