Job Description

My client has seen significant growth and as a result they are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Advisor.

As this is a new role to the business you will required to work closely with the existing recruitment team to aid with the implementation of a new recruitment system. You will advise line managers on recruitment practices and ensure all recruitment processes and practices are being utilised. Ideal candidates will also work in a HR Generalist capacity to advise on internal HR issues.

You will be required to travel throughout the UK to various sites as and when required. Though a driving licence is not essential this would be beneficial for the longer term as the role progresses.

With previous experience of recruitment, you will have previous experience of being involved in the implementation of a new recruitment system, managing numerous recruitment campaigns over a number of sites. Ideal candidates MUST have previous on site recruitment experience.

Ideal candidates will be CIPD certified and looking for their next opportunity to work in a project capacity.
