My client has seen significant growth and as a result they are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Officer on either an interim or permanent basis.
As this is a new role to the business you will develop relationships across the business and between the offices in London and Manchester. You will identify current recruitment needs, advise and guide line managers on best routes to market and manage the recruitment process including 1st stage interview processes. You will also understand future recruitment needs in line with the growth and development of the organisation and start to develop an external pipeline of candidates.
With previous experience of recruitment, you will have previous experience of managing numerous recruitment campaigns over a number of sites. Ideal candidates MUST have previous on site recruitment experience.
