My client has seen significant growth and as a result they are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Officer.
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager and as part of a dedicated recruitment team, you will develop relationships across the business and between the offices in London and Manchester. You will identify current recruitment needs, advise and guide line managers on best routes to market and manage the recruitment process including 1st stage interview processes. You will also understand future recruitment needs in line with the growth and development of the organisation and start to develop an external pipeline of candidates.
Ideal candidates will be tenacious and have a good eye for detail. You must have previous experience of working onsite in a recruitment capacity and in managing numerous recruitment campaigns over a number of sites.
