Regional Recruitment Partner (In-House Recruitment & Selection - Healthcare)

Bolton + Travel (25%)

Due to continuing development and expansion, our client has an exciting opportunity for a competent, professional and experienced Regional Recruitment Partner to join them and to contribute to their continuing success.

Within this pivotal role, you will have full accountability for the timely delivery of end to end recruitment projects within deadlines. Using your excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, you will partner with functional managers in order to provide attraction, sourcing, recruitment, selection, induction, on-boarding and post recruitment support to the field. This will involve working with the wider team to forecast and anticipate talent needs within your region and identify candidates who will add value to the business.

Using your skills and knowledge, you will provide expert advice to hiring managers and practices in relation to recruitment & selection and UK employment law. Proactive in your approach, you will target direct candidates through networking, website responses, industry registers, internal transfers, referral schemes and create a future Talent Pool. With a commitment to continuous improvement, you will evaluate the market and competition and share knowledge with the Recruitment team.

This role requires excellent attention to detail and thoroughness coupled with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
