Due to a period of upcoming maternity, my client is currently looking for an Interim Resourcing Advisor for an initial period of 9 months.
Reporting to the resourcing Manager you will develop new ways of working and take responsibility for the effective delivery of recruitment for both managerial and non-managerial roles. You will work closely with the divisions un driving the national recruitment agenda and become critical link into the division driving change throughout the population. You will provide day to day management to the assistant resourcing advisors and co-ordinators.
With previous resourcing experience, you will have the ability to multi-task successfully whilst managing a team. You will have the ability to influence at peer level and upwards and liaise effectively with other teams outside recruitment across the organisation.
