Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with recruiting managers to agree a recruitment programme
  • Advertise vacancies & liaise with advertising, candidate sourcing & recruitment agencies
  • Process candidate applications
  • Coordinate interview & selection process
  • Organise career fairs
  • Coordinate graduate recruitment programme
  • Produce recruitment reports
Provide administrative support to HR Advisors

Skills/Competency Required:
Essential

  • Organised & systematic approach to managing tasks
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to understand customer needs & respond appropriately
  • Ability to share knowledge & contribute ideas to improve work area
  • Proficient in using a HR database; oracle or similar.
  • Flexible in responding to changes & managing time
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Essential experience:

  • Managing an agency preferred supplier list
Advertising vacancies, processing cv's, arranging interviews, communicating with recruiting managers & recruitment  agencies

Desirable experience:

  • Graduate recruitment
  • Coordinating career fairs & assessment events
  • Communicating with schools and universities
On-line recruitment tool
