As an accomplished recruitment professional, who will develop the UK wide recruitment strategy across the business of this highly respected organisation, you will be familiar with working in a driven and often pressurised environment. This newly created post will involve end to end recruitment processes across a broad spectrum of disciplines and at all levels including both senior and volume recruitment. In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity for involvement in project work, developing new, competency based assessment processes.

Working as a Recruitment Advisor within the HR team, you will be responsible for attracting talent to the business using a wide range of channels efficiently and cost effectively, and working with HR team on initiatives to retain and develop talent within the business. With a background in recruitment – either agency or in house - experience of interviewing, training and a strong understanding of employment law will be of second nature.

Naturally, you will have broad knowledge of employment regulatory framework and recruitment best practice; exceptional commercial awareness; and possess a natural ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external partners. This group – wide opportunity will suit a professional who has an interest in HR but is keen to focus on Recruitment and Talent Management.
