You'll be trained and involved in everything from interviewing candidates, organising assessment centres and head hunting, to pitching for new business and co-ordinating large scale recruitment campaigns. You don't need recruitment or a retail background - excellent interpersonal skills, a love of sales and enthusiasm for the retail industry are all the essentials to working at RHR.
