This is a field-based role covering their South East and Kent region, applying the HR business plan to each specific site As the Regional Recruitment and Training Manager youll be responsible for working closely with Area Managers to identify recruitment needs, providing a consultancy service to the managers and advising on the most cost effective solutions and tools. Youll also identify training and development needs for the business and ensure all store managers are fully trained and developed. Youll be an experienced recruitment and training managers based in the South East London / Kent area with previous multi-site experience from within a retail or FMCG environment. Youll have a flair for recruitment and development with excellent interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills. Of graduate calibre (ideally CIPD qualified) youll also have experience in supporting managers on employee relation issues.
