Resourcing Manager £29 - £38k (Band 7)
Reporting to the Head of Employment Services, this role is responsible for the management of the resourcing function for the Trust.
You will ensure the provision of a high quality, timely recruitment service and HR advice function to clients.
Managing a team of over 20 staff, you will advise on recruitment strategy, monitoring the provision of service to clients and support the HR advice team.
