Job Title: HR Associate – 6mth FTC
Location: Warton, Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £25-30,000
The Background
A leading blue chip organisation operating within a fast paced, dynamic and high tech Defence arena are currently seeking a HR Associate on a 6 month interim basis. You will be responsible for delivering a recruitment service to the business area.
The Role
Liase with Lead Recruiter and hiring manager on method of recruitment.
Attend meetings and record hiring manager decisions for all candidates.
Act as a progress chaser in terms of influencing hiring managers to make decisions within appropriate timescales.
Ensure metrics are in place to report recruitment status for each Function and Programme.
Liase with Lead Recruiters to ensure offers are process within the cycle time.
The Person
A full or part CIPD qualified HR professional, the ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle within a manufacturing and/or engineering environment. As this is a fixed term contract, the successful candidate will be able to commit to a six-month.
