My client is a global organisation specialising in the defence and aerospace arena.
Due to considerable growth over the last 12 months they now have a need for a Head of Business Services and Resourcing. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing direction and coordination across the business, resource management and assurance areas.
You will define and implement the medium to long term improvement plan for Quality Assurance, SHE, facilities and IT to ensure all activities are in line with changing business requirements.
Managing a large team you will be responsible for integrating the resource planning and management processes across all areas of the business. You will also be responsible for ensuring all Quality Assurance Management and development are fit for purpose.
Ideal candidates will be a proven Manager able to demonstrate an ability to manage across a diverse range of activities . You will be forward planning and delivery focused with a strong service orientated approach. You will ideally have a broad business background and have solid operational experience.
Ideal candidates will be CIPD or degree qualified.
