Job Description

Associate Lawyer Recruiter to Ł40k

One of London's leading law firms is looking for a recruiter to work in conjunction with the partnership to ensure that the best legal staff are recruited to join the Firm. Management of the associate hire recruitment processes including: -

Assessing specific recruitment needs of individual departments with heads of department ("HoDs")
Preparing job descriptions and person specifications.
Managing all advertising campaigns.
First point of contact for agencies for new vacancies, job descriptions, feedback on candidates etc.
Responsible for Vacancy List - keeping it up to date and regularly informing agencies.
Screening CVs and liaising with partners to decide on interviews.
Organising agency briefings.
Carrying out interviews for associates up to 4 yrs PQE and advising partners on recruitment decisions.
Managing all offers and acceptances.
Responsibility for regular and ad-hoc statistics reports for HoDs.

Acting as a member of the wider HR team, liaising in particular with the fee earner HR Officers on potential headcount changes
