Job Description
Leading global financial services organisation currently requires a Business Analyst to work within their busy team, based in the City. The role will be sat with the Executive Recruiting Search function with an international perspective.
The role has a wide number of responsibilities, ranging from administrative, consulting, reporting and strategic. Working with in this fast paced environment and team you be have had previous experience in the following
- Set up of Domestic & Foreign vendors
- Invoicing via ARIBA and eRequest
- Approving, reconciling and receiving invoices
- Creating letters
- Ad hoc reports, monthly, quarterly and annual reports from performance and quality of retained consultants to spend and success of the department
- Reviews of contract terms with internal associates and external search consultants.
- Consulting with internal partners, providing recommendations, updating suppliers.
- Strategic involvement regarding the search firms used and profiles, prioritisation of the agents.
This role is a highly analytical role, requiring someone with extensive experience in reporting and analysing for executive search consultants within an investment bank.
