Job Description

Manage all communication, and associated Buddy Scheme, with trainees who are yet to join the firm to ensure future joiners feel part of the firm and their records are up to-date and accurate;
Manage work-experience/visitor queries from Partners to ensure processes are consistent and accurate records kept;
Manage overseas secondment process to ensure processes are consistent and executed in a timely manner;
Assistthe Manager with management of current trainees to ensure efficient and prompt service;
Assisting with recruitment of both trainee solicitors and summer vacation scheme students to ensure right candidates are selected and managed through to offer/accept stage;
Manage planning and co-ordination of summer vacation scheme to ensure a successful scheme is achieved;
Manage annual Law Fair schedule to ensure all administration and process are executed in a timely and efficient manner;
Manage other marketing initiatives such as University Events and Sponsorship Proven Graduate Recruitment and administrative and organisational skills
Minimum 12 months. HR/Recruitment experience in a Professional Services organisation;
Experience of using a Database or On-Line Recruitment System
Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, Internet and E-Mail
