Responsibilities include:
Develop and manage campus relationships
Develop and promote a competitive selection process
Develop and deliver a competitive programme for vacation schemes
Communicate and maintain accurate reports on all offers
Monitor and the efficiency and effectiveness of processes within the department
You will have experience in graduate recruitment in a blue chip organisation, and a sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Your excellent communication, influencing and team working skills will be well utilised in this role.
