The role holder will lead the central resourcing function and be responsible for the efficient and cost effective deployment of resources to meet business need. Whilst the role holder will manage an operational team, they will also be responsible for leading a significant business change project, ensuring that an effective team is in place and processes in place which meet the challenging requirements of a transforming business. The role holder will act as Deputy to the Director of Resource Management and will lead a team of Resource Partners, working closely with the Business Operations teams for each group.
You will ideally have strong experience of leading a resource management function in a consulting or professional services environment. If not, will have been employed in such an organisation in a management capacity and been a user of the service
