Reporting to the Head of HR based in London, the HR Business Partner is responsible for providing operational & strategic HR service to the group. Working as part of the management team, you will lead a team of Regional HR advisors to shape and drive the success of the people in your region and deliver solutions that meet divisional objectives. The successful HR Business Partner will possess:
Excellent experience of the HR/Recruitment profession
The ability to implement the business' strategic and operational HR practices within a division
A clear understanding of the retail environment
The ability to build and manage a team
