Our Client, A Leading Retail Brand is looking to employ an In House Recruiter to join a busy head office team. Offering a great package for the right person. You will be responsible for attracting great candidates and driving the recruitment process for the company. You will work with the Recruitment Manager to find the right candidates for the company and assisting the process, Reducing the cost and time taken through recruitment into the company.
THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE IN HOUSE EXPERIENCE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PREVIOUS IN HOUSE EXPERIENCE.
The Candidate will have experience of in house recruitment within the Retail / FMCG / Leisure industries and understand how recruitment interacts with other parts of the business. The person will also understand recruitment best practises, will have worked within In house recruitment previously with knowledge on employment legislation and the end to end recruitment process. The person will know how to attract star candidates by having a sound knowledge of the business and understand how brand attraction is important in candidate attraction.
