Job Description

My client requires an Interim Head of Recruitment. They will be responsible for streamlining the organisations recruitment strategy, with the intention of putting the candidate at the centre of all they do. This organisation is a major public sector facility based in East London. They require a recruitment specialist to design and roll out a HR based recruitment strategy based around an online application process. Management experience is necessary and previous experience of rolling-out a new recruitment process is essential. Mixed sector experience is preferred and this is likely to be a 6-month contract, with the potential of a subsequent permanent offer.
