This highly established leading food chain is looking for a dynamic individual to be part of there HR team. As a Recruitment and HR Advisor you will predominately be focusing on the recruitment aspect and will manage the recruitment process for all operational roles up to senior management level. You will also be the first port of call for ER issues and you will be responsible for advising the management team on HR polices and procedures. The suitable candidate would have solid in house recruitment experience with the ability to manage high volume. You will have sound ER knowledge and possess generalist HR experience.
