My West London NHS client is seeking an Interim Recruitment Manager for a 9 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
The salary range is from £25,472 to £34,189 plus Outer London high cost of living allowance.
Reporting to the Head of Resourcing and managing a team of up to 10 makes excellent communication skills essential in the role. Experience of managing and developing staff is required.
Providing a quality and cost effective requirement service, including running events and liaising with local schools and employment offices to promote the trust as a preferred employer, is the corner stone of this position. As such, at least 2 to 3 years recruitment experience is essential and ideally this will be in the NHS.
This position offers a great opportunity for an experienced HR recruiter with influencing skills and knowledge of Information systems to gain valuable experience. The role can involve deputizing for the Head of Resourcing and therefore offers the chance to have that step up experience.
Interviews will be during the week starting on the 9th August.
The ideal candidate should be a CIPD member and have studied to degree level.
