I have a fantastic interim opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join a growing, commercially focussed organisation to carry out a 6 month role that is crucial to the future plans for the business.

You will be responsible for the recruitment of specialist roles within the organisation as part of the expansion plans, and additionally have a strategic input - improving recruitment process and procedure and generating cost savings in the process.

You will be a proactive and highly credible resourcing specialist with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.  It will be advantageous if you have had experience of working within a large complex Public Sector organisation.
