Legal Recruitment Manager- London

  

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading, profitable and expanding London-based law firm for legal recruitment managers looking for a professional, yet vibrant, working environment.

My client, a major international law firm, are looking for an experience recruitment manger to come on board and look after their team of recruitment advisors. As the role has a number of reports, management experience is considered essential. The role will include;

• - Taking a lead on designing and developing the graduate recruitment website
• - Organising the graduate recruitment process (assessment day, interviews & aptitude testing arrangements)
• - Organising the senior legal hires team
• - Organising the interview process for legal hires
• - Developing contacts and firm displays across University campuses and law schools
• - Producing reports on the above processes
• - Participating in ad hoc projects, as supplied by partners of the firm

Candidates will preferably have in-house legal recruitment experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's best known law firms in a busy, thriving recruitment department.
