Job Description
If you are a Recruitment Advisor who likes to think outside the box and have experience of working on internal recruitment projects... then this could be the job for you!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Recruitment Advisor to gain some invaluable experience within a fast paced, large utilities provider and a market leader.
In this 6 month FTC you will be the supporting the operational recruitment activities mainly for the Graduate and Trainee Schemes, but also on other project initiatives across the group. As the Recruitment Advisor you will be expected to assist the Recruitment Manager with the design, planning, delivery, and improvement of recruitment solutions companywide.
To succeed in this position you will need to have a strong commercial awareness, worked at recruitment advisor level previously, and have proven experience in making confident recruitment and assessment decisions with Line Managers, whilst working in a high volume recruitment environment. Knowledge and experience of recruiting for graduates or other trainee programs and delivering recruitment assessment centres would certainly be an advantage.
