RECRUITMENT PROFESSIONAL We are currently looking to recruit an experienced recruitment professional for one of our most profitable finance teams which has an established client base. The team specialises in the recruitment of interim finance staff into the not-for-profit sector and operates at the more senior end of the market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 year's sales experience in recruitment and be confident dealing with senior members of staff. You will be attracted by the opportunity to originate and execute new business, manage account relationships, attract candidates through a wide range of media and leading edge on-line tools and manage the whole recruitment process impacting clients and candidates alike. To succeed in this role, you must be ambitious and focused on new business development. You will be self-motivated and have the drive and determination to succeed in a fast-moving environment. You will need to be hard working and committed, energetic and positive. You will possess exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills and above all, enthusiasm.
