The Role:
As an experienced HR Manager you will hold key skills in recruitment and training. You will be an integral part of the business ensuring the organisation is continually growing with the help strong sourcing strategies, recruitment processes and effective training & development initiatives.
This role will also ensure that the organisations staff are continually given the chance to develop both professionally and personally.
Experience:
You will be an experienced and qualified HR professional with experience from the professional services industry. You will also be level A or B qualified for psychometric testing.
To be successful in the role you will need the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
