This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their recruitment career. Working as part of the Head Office Human Resources team in central London, this role will have specific responsibility for recruiting Buying and Merchandising professionals for the business. You will manage extensive recruitment campaigns from beginning to end, as well as working with business leaders to manage internal talent within the business. The organisation currently going through a significant period of change therefore this is an excellent chance to manage large scale projects and to contribute creatively by bringing on board new ideas. Managing talent both internally and externally is important to this organisation. This person will manage an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator
From a retail background, you will be an experienced recruiter with an understanding of Head Office operations. You will enjoy managing projects and have innovative and creative ideas to bring to the business. Excellent communication skills and influencing skills at all levels within the business are essential. You will be a real people person with a passion for contributing to the ongoing growth of the organisation and have experience of managing internal talent.
