We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global trading company looking to recruit for an experienced in-house recruiter. You will be expected take on all responsibilities for candidate attraction and recruitment across EMEA. With experience of working in blue-chip environments and exposure to senior line managers, you will have strong knowledge in the following areas;
Recruitment- Liaising with hiring managers to structure role profiles, multiple channel candidate attraction strategies, interviewing and designing assessment techniques.
Compliance- Ensuring that recruitment procedures are compliant with local legislation as well as ruling such as MIFID and SOX. You will also train line manager on interviewing techniques and legal requirements. You will be ensuring consistency of contracts of employment with the in-house legal department. It will also be your responsibility to establish consistent terms of business with suppliers to the company.
Management reporting- Drawing management information on headcount and recruitment issues from the HR database and preparing presentations to senior management.
