RECRUITMENT MANAGER

c£35,000pa

Our client, a fast growing Not-for-Profit organisation based in London is now looking for an exceptional Recruitment Manager to join their small recruitment team helping develop and build the organisation.

The Recruitment Manager will focus on the recruitment and growth of head office and other key roles, embed and extend the organisations branding, marketing and networking reach and provide support to other areas of organisational development.

The Recruitment Manager will be crucial in helping to build an internal organisation that is renowned for delivering outstanding external outcomes in the most challenging of circumstances.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised, detail focused and have strong written skills. They will also be knowledgeable about recruitment or search and selection, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player with a flexible approach to work. For a recruiter or search expert with an interest in HR generally and the education sector, this is a unique opportunity.

Keys to this role are:

• Experience in recruitment and/or executive search

• Experience of marketing/branding

• Excellent written skills for draftsmanship/copy writing

• Excellent inter-personal and influencing skills.

• Self starter, highly motivated with creative and visionary flair

• Hard working and ambitious for programme outcomes
