Recruitment Manager (contract) - London

This leading professional services organisation is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to take full accountability for resourcing within a critical area of their business. With responsibility for headcount targets and pipeline, you will manage all campaign recruitment, and ensure the organisation is positioned to candidates and third party suppliers as an employer of choice. There will be a focus on also driving through innovative recruitment advertising through online methods as well as developing search activities through networking and internet searching. Developing excellent relationships with recruitment agencies and online job boards will also be essential, whilst also demonstrating excellent candidate management skills throughout the recruitment process. Strong stakeholder management skills will be essential, as a vital part of the role is developing the building relationship with your business area and Global Recruitment team. With a proven track record in recruitment, ideally within both an agency and in-house environment, you will be able to prioritise varying workloads and also be comfortable building working relationships at a senior level within a large organisation. It is essential that you have some previous in-house recruitment experience.
