Recruitment Manager - West End
Leading Private Bank
45,000 to 50,000 plus benefits plus bonus
Manage a team of Recruitment professionals who are delivering Recruitment services into various areas of Wealth Management as well as perform some hands on resourcing yourself.
Role:
- Provide consultative recruitment assistance and advice to internal clients
- Develop ongoing relationships with stakeholders
- Build technical and market knowledge of the particular business unit serviced
- Keep abreast of changes in management structure, strategy and the market
- Proactively work with stakeholders in anticipating current and future resourcing requirements
- Educate stakeholders on attraction and recruitment strategies
- Conduct competency based interviews to provide relevant shortlists
- Manage the performance and development of junior resourcers
- Track, analyse and report on management information
- To maintain a pipeline of senior external ‘talent' in the relevant function
Ensure that all channels of suppliers are provided with the necessary tools
- Reduce recruitment costs through direct hiring channels;
- Establish high performing PSLs and regularly review performance;
- Manage and resolve non-preferred suppliers issues;
- Build, develop and manage an effective network amongst the supplier community
Person:
- Track record in key stakeholder/relationship management in a global financial services firm
- Experience working in-house managing mid to senior level recruitment
- Proven track record of team management
- Familiar with managing high performing agencies
- Experience of analysing and utilising recruitment management information.
- Skilled interviewer who is comfortable interviewing to a senior management level
- Understanding of variety of selection tools
- PSL and non-PSL management experience
- Experience of working with sophisticated candidate management systems
- Degree level or equivalent (MBA, CIPD or other relevant postgraduate qualification)
