Working for a leading Engineering Consultancy as a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment processes for a specific business unit.

As part of a team, you will be managing and co-ordinating all aspects of permanent and non-permanent recruitment activities from drafting job descriptions and posting adverts to interviewing and managing the offer process. Working closely with the business you will play an important part in the review of recruitment processes and be responsible for rolling this out within your business unit.

Proactive, flexible, highly organised and with the ability to build strong working relationships, you will have a proven track record of working in an in house recruitment role, ideally in consulting engineering or related sector.
