My clients, a global professional services firm, are seeking a recruiter with knowledge of employment law for contractors and experience of managing relationships with a number of clients.
You will work in the team responsible for contractor management and report to the Head of Recruitment. This opportunity has arisen due to internal promotion and responsibilities will include:
Manage PSL and relationships with recruitment agencies
Training and development of recruitment co-ordinators
Work with senior management to gain commitment and buy-in
Design and management of process improvement projects
Raising the profile of the Contractor management recruitment team
Experience of the temporary or contractor market is essential alongside sound knowledge of employment legislation for temporary workers. This role may be suitable for an agency account manager, highly experienced contractor consultant or in-house recruiter. Experience of managing and developing a team is desirable.
