Job Description

This international law firm is seeking a Recruitment Officer who will be responsible for the firm’s recruitment procedures including sign off. You will provide recruitment advise and recommendations to Line Managers and Heads of Departments as well as up to date job descriptions prior to recruitment campaigns, conduct and facilitate interviews, both new joiner and leaving and all relevant documentation.

You will maintain regular contact with appropriate managers and facilitate quarterly meetings with the Heads of Department in conjunction with the Senior Resourcing Manager. You will manage the Trainee Secretarial Program and contract staff recruitment process as well as analyse preferred suppliers and authorise recruitment agency fees incurred.

You must have a minimum of two years recruitment experience preferably in the legal or professional services sector and the ability to influence at all levels of the business. Your enthusiastic and proactive approach will be matched with good IT skills and strong interpersonal skills.
