Recruitment Process Manager, 35k, North of London
My client is one of the biggest and most successful companies in Europe. While other organisations are faltering, my client is growing rapidly and is looking for a recruitment process manager to oversee the resourcing programme for the UK. There would also be a European element so any international experience be it in business or linguistically would be an advantage. The role would entail the line management of a team of recruitment co-ordinators so a history of managing a team of 5-10 people would be desirable.
Candidates should be resilient and good communicators. The team there is ambitious and fast moving but has the family atmosphere that the company also reflects. A history in recruitment be it agency or in-house is essential, as well as a methodical approach and strong influencing skills.
