Job Description

A leading financial services institution has an urgent requirement for a Resourcing Manager to direct the strategic and operation permanent recruitment across the wealth management business areas.

The successful Resourcing Manager will manage all recruitment processes in accordance with client policies, ensuring budgets and timescales have been met and challenging management on recruitment needs.

Main accountabilities of the Resourcing Manager will be to:

• Liaise with the business to understand their recruitment needs, to advise them on market conditions and availability of resources
• Advise the business on market salaries
• Source and interview candidates
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and search firms to ensure service levels are compliant to agreed SLAs
• Implement and integrate recruitment best practise
• Liaise with mobility teams to oversee issues relating to international assignments

he successful Resources Manager will demonstrate:

• Extensive in-house permanent recruitment experience gained within an investment bank or a client facing RPO operating into financial services
• Ability to mentor and advise line managers on suitable recruitment processes
• Exposure to the full recruitment life cycle including compensation, employment legislation, expatriate management and ad-hoc projects
